Italy Water has been operating in the civil and industrial water treatment sector for over 22 years, designing and building plants, in its own factory, with highly qualified technicians.
The continuous strengthening of the technical and commercial departments, with the aim of improving and consolidating a structure of considerable professionalism, guarantees a high quality service characterised by great flexibility and a wide range of products and services.

ISO 9001:2015

Italy Water, expresses through its quality policy, the objectives that all company functions must pursue and maintain in the provision of the services offered, always consistent with customer expectations and in full compliance with the laws applicable to our activities.

Adaptation to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard has been an important opportunity to progressively improve not only the quality of the services provided, but also the overall efficiency of the entire Italy Water Group organisation. Attention to quality and customer satisfaction, in the company, can therefore today be considered more than a determining factor for achieving success, a real condition of survival for the company.

Objectives Set

The objectives for quality that Italy Water sets itself are:

- The improvement of its image and reputation on the market, resulting in: an increase in the number of customers and turnover.

- The satisfaction of stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees), and therefore, the education is training of staff and the better management of communications; the growth of customer satisfaction and the strengthening of relationships with suppliers.

- The constant compliance with contractual commitments and binding industry regulations.


 

APPROACH: RISK-BASED-THINKING

Italy Water for the achievement of the set objectives:
Identifies the organisation's different activities as processes to be planned, controlled and constantly improved, activating the resources for their organisation to the best of their ability.
Assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS by making all the necessary resources available and ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and strategic directions of the organisation.
It plans its processes with a risk-based-thinking approach in order to implement the most appropriate actions to assess and deal with the risks associated with the processes, exploiting and reinforcing the opportunities identified.
The assessment of risks and opportunities related to business processes, audits and management review, are tools that the organisation puts in place to constantly improve.
Italy Water Group periodically verifies that this policy is appropriate to the purposes and the business context, as well as implemented and shared at every level of the organisation.
