Italy Water has been operating in the civil and industrial water treatment sector for for over 22 years it has been designing and building systems, in its own factory, with highly qualified technicians.
The continuous strengthening of the technical and commercial offices, for the purpose of improving and consolidating a highly professional structure, guarantees a high quality service characterized by great flexibility and a vast range of products and services.

ISO 9001:2015

Italy Water, through the quality policy, expresses the objectives that all company functions must pursue and maintain in the provision of the services offered, always in line with customer expectations and in full compliance with the laws applicable to our activities .

The adaptation to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard has been an important opportunity to progressively improve not only the quality of the services provided, but also the overall efficiency of the entire organization of Italy Water Group. The attention to quality and customer satisfaction, in the company, can therefore today be considered more than a determining factor for the achievement of success, a real condition for survival for the company.

Set goals

The quality objectives that Italy Water sets itself are:

- Improving the image and reputation on the market, with consequent: increase in the number of customers and turnover.

- Satisfaction of interested parties (customers, suppliers, employees), and therefore, training is staff training and better management of communications; the growth of customer satisfaction and the strengthening of relationships with suppliers .

- Constant compliance with contractual commitments and mandatory sector regulations.



Italy Water for the achievement of the set objectives:
Identifies the various activities of the organization as processes to be planned, controlled and constantly improved, activating the resources for their organization in the best possible way.
Assumes responsibility of the effectiveness of its QMS by making available all the necessary resources and making sure that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and the strategic guidelines of the organization.
Plan its processes with a risk-based-thinking approach in order to implement the most suitable actions to evaluate and deal with the risks associated with the processes, exploiting and reinforcing the opportunities identified.
The assessment of the risks and opportunities associated with company processes, audits and management reviews are tools that the organization implements to improve constantly.
Italy Water Group periodically verifies that this policy is appropriate ag purposes and to the corporate context, as well as implemented and shared at every level of the organization.
